Micro, Mini and MaxiMaint all use the same database structure, with identical fields. It's just the GUI (Graphical User Interface) that is different. At anytime you wish, it is possible for you to upgrade your CMMS program from the easy MicroMaint CMMS to the capable MiniMaint CMMS and then on to the ultimate MaxiMaint CMMS software. This is managed by the CMMS Server Manager, through the application of a code.
Why?
Many customers follow this route for reasons concerning implementation. As MicroMaint CMMS includes just basic maintenance functions such as planned, breakdown and corrective work orders, stock management, work requests and reports, CMMS implementation time is greatly reduced. As the CMMS software becomes part of the culture, it is then easier to upgrade and introduce extra CMMS fonctionality, allowing for more detailled reporting and control.
